We’re a growing business, in fact we’ve almost doubled in size over the past three years, but our ethos is so strong that we’ve held on to the values we had as a smaller, ‘family’ business.
At our Group Conference in 2022 our theme was ‘Working Together’ and that’s exactly what we do. At our 2023 Conference we focussed on Ambition – one of our six cultural values, because as a team that’s what we want to achieve:
