Andy Milner
Chairman
Andy joined the Board in August 2020 prior to which he was the CEO of the Amey Group. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the design construction and maintenance of infrastructure in the utilities, transport, property waste and defence sectors in the UK and overseas.
Nicola Hindle
Chief Executive Officer
Nicola is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and sustainable growth. With a strong background in finance and commercial leadership, she’s spent the last nine years leading businesses across engineering, construction, energy, and services. She has a proven track record of driving growth in the UK and internationally while delivering shareholder value. As CEO, Nicola is focused on expanding into new markets and driving sales growth for Matrix Group.
Adam Lilley
Chief Financial Officer
Adam is a qualified Chartered Accountant with senior management experience gained working in corporate finance for large organisations both in the UK and overseas. More recently Adam has worked in private equity finance with a particular focus on the construction and utilities sector, setting him in good stead for driving the growth of Matrix Group forward.
Chris Hollis-Thompson
Technical Director
Chris is a Chartered Engineer with 20 years of experience in electrical distribution networks. His strong attention to detail and logical approach make him highly skilled at diagnosing and resolving technical issues, establishing him as a trusted expert in troubleshooting complex challenges.
Wendy Andrews
Managing Director, UK Power Distribution
Wendy is focussed on working on providing the customers of our asset adoption business with the best value, best service and easiest route through the network adoption process. She is also committed to ensuring our network end users, whether commercial or domestic receive the service provision they expect.
Nicholas Fuller
Managing Director, Matrix Networks
As Managing Director, Nic is dedicated to collaborating with employees to help Matrix Networks achieve its long-term objectives. His leadership style emphasises team development, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance to drive both individual and organisational success.
Simon Spencer
SHEQ Director
Simon brings over 30 years’ experience in construction, utilities, and civil engineering, with expertise from both client and principal contractor perspectives. As SHEQ Director, he’s committed to promoting a strong Health & Safety culture while ensuring excellence in quality and environmental standards across the business.
