Matrix Networks is proud to announce the appointment of Nic Fuller as the new Managing Director. With a career spanning two continents and multiple industries, he brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the business.
Nic’s journey began very early in his life working in his father’s manufacturing facility in South Africa, where he honed his technical skills and work ethic. Over the years, he developed expertise in manufacturing and operations, and his career highlights include working with major industry players and leading a manufacturing company to a successful turnaround and sale.
His move to the UK marked a new chapter in 2016. Nic’s leadership roles in aerospace saw him rise from Engineering and Quality Manager to Director of Operations, where he managed large teams and improved staff retention, performance, and customer satisfaction. These experiences taught him valuable lessons about building resilience and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
“I believe the principles of strong leadership, team development, and operations excellence are universal.” Nic shared. “My focus is on harnessing the knowledge within the team and ensuring we’re aligned towards achieving our ambitious goals. I’m eager to drive teamwork, innovation, and long-term success for the Group and our shareholders.”
Since joining Matrix Networks, Nic has introduced several improvement programmes, including promotions, training, mentoring, and a stronger emphasis on customer focus and project delivery. He values the expertise within his team, using it as a foundation for decision-making and driving the business forward.
